Adopt-A-Bull Dogs
MPBF strives to ensure the success of our dogs and their potential adopters. We want the dog and owner to feel a connection and know that the dog is entering into a successful placement. Dogs will remain in the care of MPBF for a minimum of 30 days to allow our intake and foster teams time to further assess each dog and determine what kind of home will be the best fit.
No Application fees
Adoption Fee for all MPBF adult dogs is $250
Each dog over 6 months of age at Merit Pit Bull Foundation has been:
Behavioral evaluation prior to entry into a MPBF Foster home
Medically evaluated
Heartworm tested
Up to date on vaccines
Microchipped
Spayed/Neutered
We maintain a 14 day trial period for all adoptions. If for whatever reason you chose to return the dog you have selected, $100 will be refunded. Beyond those two weeks there will be no refund, but we will ALWAYS take a Merit dog back into our program.
Adopters must be 21 years of age or older.
